This is our flagship team building offering and one of Open Your Art’s exclusive offerings. You will not find a team-building excercise like this anywhere else. Your team will research, design, and manufacture a painted drinking vessel designed for a specific group of customers. The team will be taught two invaluable fundamental concepts of design thinking and will be guided through a collaborative design process. At the end of the activity, the team will know more about each other’s unique strengths, understand a coherent and proven design process, and discover new things and interesting about one another.

The Collaboration Cup excercise relies on our kiln which must be fired at full capacity. For this reason, we must plan carefully to accomodate the collaboration cup excercise. Cups will be available by 4pm the following day.
