Open Your Art Team Building
Create Together, Connect Together
Get out of the daily grind and into a space designed for focused creative work, relaxation and meaningful connection.
Creative team building with Open Your Art will be a new experience for your team. We have focused, rigorous activities that can teach your team new skills, and we have lower-pressure creative activities that are more of an opportunity to relax together.
Our team is trained to provide trauma-informed care, and to provide support for neurodivergent team members.
What’s special about Art-based Team Building
Traditional team-building often feels like another task on the calendar. But when your team sits down with clay, paint, or mixed-media materials, stress slips away. Hierarchies aren’t as important: team members can be themselves. That’s when authentic connections happen — and those connections carry back into the workplace.
Tailored for Your Company
Every team brings its own dynamics, strengths, challenges and company culture, and we are often asked to adapt themes and activities to correspond to the company’s role or values. Especially because we’re a team of creatives, we love it when we can create new, interesting programming.
